Bardhyl Dauti PhD was a minister without portfolio in the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, in charge of attracting foreign investments. He holds a PhD degree in Economics, obtained from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Tetovo for Economics-related subjects and as a visiting professor at the University of Ljubljana.

His research experience, proven with publications in many indexed regional and international economics journals, mainly covers topics related to foreign direct investments, international trade, globalization, economics of convergence and fiscal policy.

His political experience in North Macedonia was also enriched by his experience as a parliamentary member (MP) at the parliament of the Republic of North Macedonia, serving this public engagement during the period of 2016-2017.
